Real estate market in Ochota

Ochota is a residential-commercial district located on the Western part of Warsaw. It borders Śródmieście, Wola, Mokotów and Włochy and is perfectly communicated with both the City Centre, Chopin airport and other districts of the capital thanks to the public transport network and well-developed road infrastructure. Importantly, Ochota is the most densely populated district in Warsaw, being relatively small (9,72 km2).

It stands out as a very green region, thanks to its 10 parks – including popular Pole Mokotowskie, Zachodni park or Szczesliwicki park. Ochota is home to several university faculties including Ochota Campus and Medical University of Warsaw.

Ochota is a great choice for investors, thanks to a large demand from people working, living and studying in the center.

Office rental market in Ochota

Property-wise, Ochota mainly consists of interwar residential settlements and tenement buildings. Its southern part represents a more typical Socialist Realism architecture, with a large concentration of blocks of flats and a well-developed everyday infrastructure. Ochota is also a home for several more discreet and modern office buildings.

In addition, Aleje Jerozolimskie running through Ochota is the address where one can find many larger popular office buildings, such as: Atrium Reduta, Jerozolimskie Business Park or Eurocentrum.
