Michał Porzycki holds the position of Associate Director at Hamilton International. In his role he is accountable for supporting and leading the consultancy team in advising on office lease acquisition, market research and handling negotiations on behalf of clients.

Michal has over 8 years of experience in the commercial leasing sector. He gained his knowledge working in senior positions for internationally recognised real estate companies in including Savills, CBRE, EY and BNP Paribas.

Having applied his trade in Warsaw, Michał is well recognised professional in his local market, and has leased in the region of 35,000 m2 of office space to satisfied clients, with notable individual transactions ranging up to 5,000 m2.

As a lease management specialist, Michal’s expertise is in both Tenant and Landlord representation where he has served international clients with B2B solutions to improve the commercial terms of their leasing arrangements.

Michał is a graduate of the prestigious Warsaw School of Economics and Finance where he was awarded a bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2004 followed by a Master’s degree in 2006.

Jarosław Smoderek holds the position of Senior Consultant at Hamilton International. In this capacity he is responsible for providing comprehensive advice in office and working space acquisitions, market research and conducting negotiations on behalf of clients.

Jarosław has over 8 years’ experience in the Warsaw real estate market. He began his career at Home Broker S.A Reality as a leasing advisor in landlord and tenant representation, where he completed circa 400 transactions. He was also responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 200 properties for Getin Noble bank. During this tenure, Jarosław twice received the coveted ‘Advisor of the year in Poland’ award in recognition of his outstanding performance.

Mr Smoderek later joined Sotheby’s International Realty where he was instrumental in setting up and developing the leasing department, while simultaneously leading a team of premium market brokers. In 2016 Jarosław moved to CBRE to focus on commercial leasing in tenant representation, gaining experience in renting offices to a range of clients from SME’s, corporations to state institutions.

Jarosław is a graduate of the College of Real Estate Management in the field of economics and holds a second degree in the field of sport management. In 2019 he completed post-graduate studies in commercial investment property analysis at SGH.

Ilona Stanik holds the position of Senior Consultant PRS & Capital Markets at Hamilton International. In her role, Ilona is responsible primarily for representing PRS (Private Rented Sector) investors in residential acquisitions and disposals in addition to negotiating Capital Market transactions across other market sectors.

Ilona has over 7 years’ experience in the residential real estate market in Warsaw. She initiated her career at Home Broker S.A Reality as a leasing advisor where she completed over 250 transactions. In 2015 Ms Stanik joined Hamilton May where she has developed into tenant and landlord representation for PRS investors to become a recognised professional in the field in addition to specialising in premium sector leasing.

Her focus is negotiating residential acquisitions for private and institutional investors and the leasing of existing portfolios. In 2018 Ilona completed a milestone transaction in representing a foreign PRS fund in the purchase of 48 units in Praga Północ. In addition to managing the interests of the fund, Ilona also co-operates closely with other PRS investors notably at Zlota 44 and Pereca 11 where she has been instrumental in establishing Hamilton May as a leading letting agent.

Ilona holds a master’s degree in Business English from the Academy of Humanities and Economics in Lodz and a post master’s degree in management from the Radom Academy of Economics.
